1. Slice in half and roast them with other veggies in the oven.
2. Dehydrate them for snacks or salads.
3. Sautee them with garlic, onions, spices on a black iron skillet and add them to pasta sauce or your favorite dish.
* If there are leftovers from any of these just put them in Ziploc freezer bags and use them for later recipes.
