Slice tomatoes in half and lay them seed facing up on cooking sheet.
Cut the zucchini in the way you like it. I cut mine in small pieces by cutting the zucchini in half then slicing each half into thirds and then cutting small pieces from the thirds. They will end up looking like triangles.
1. Drizzle with Avocado oil or an oil you prefer
2. Italian seasonings
3. minced garlic
4. dried minced onions
5. Himalayan Salt
6. garlic salt
7. Weber roasted garlic seasoning
Afterwards these taste good by themselves with a little Mozzarella cheese or Parmesan cheese. Put these with a pasta dish or on top of a meat. Enjoy!
